Typical Dutch cheese made of cow’s milk. It is a well-structured and homogeneous semi-hard cheese, with a uniform, resistant waxy and rubbery texture. Its taste is never spicy or salty, instead it is sweet and delicate with a walnut aftertaste. Available in ready-to-use slices in trays.
